It’s tucked along the river, offering such peaceful views—it’s one of those places where to stay in Luxembourg you just want to unwind and enjoy the serenity.
For something a bit more luxurious, Château d’Urspelt is one of my favorite stays in the region.
Staying in a castle, surrounded by history, has been one of my best travel experiences.
The peaceful surroundings make it perfect for a romantic getaway or even just a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle.
If you’re on a budget but still want to enjoy the area’s beauty, Hotel Wemperhardt is a great option.

2. Where to Stay in Belgian Ardennes
The Belgian Ardennes has always been my go-to for outdoor things to do in Ardennes and small-town charm.
There’s so much to explore in this area, from the beautiful forests to the quaint towns and it’s home to amazing places where to stay in Ardennes.
One of my favorites is Durbuy, the world’s smallest city. I love staying at Hotel Sanglier when I’m here.
The atmosphere is inviting, and I can never resist their delicious local dishes. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the charming streets.
Another hotel I keep coming back to is Le Clervaux Boutique & Design Hotel in Clervaux. It’s a stylish option if you’re looking for something modern and chic.
The proximity to Clervaux’s medieval charm makes it a great place to stay if you want to step back in time while enjoying modern comforts.
I highly recommend Hotel Le Val d’Arimont in Malmedy for those traveling with family.
I’ve stayed here with my family before, and it’s perfect for those who want a spacious room, a pool, and great amenities. After a day of adventure, it’s a fantastic spot to relax.
Domaine Long Pre near La Roche-en-Ardenne is another one I recommend for nature lovers.
The hiking trails are just a short distance away, so it’s easy to spend a whole day outside exploring. Afterward, the peaceful setting of the hotel offers the perfect atmosphere to relax.

Whenever I think of Dinant, the first thing that comes to mind is the stunning view of the Meuse River. It’s one of the most beautiful cities in Belgium.
I’ve stayed at La Terrasse de Chaumont a few times, and I can’t recommend it enough.
The views are breathtaking, and there’s something so special about enjoying a meal while looking over the river.
Hotel Ibis Dinant is a solid choice in terms of affordability. It’s simple, but I’ve always found it to be clean, comfortable, and centrally located.
If you’re looking for a bit of luxury, I recommend Le Castel de Pont-à-Lesse, a beautiful place where to stay in Ardennes to enjoy the nature.
This former castle turned hotel offers stunning grounds and a spa for ultimate relaxation. It’s a bit outside the town, so it’s great if you’re looking to escape the crowds for a more peaceful experience.
One of my hidden gems in Dinant is Hotel La Merveilleuse. The panoramic views from the hotel are just amazing, and it’s a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, and the on-site restaurant serves up delicious meals made with local ingredients.
Le Grand Hotel is a cozy option with a warm, inviting, intimate atmosphere. It’s the perfect place where to stay in Ardennes to rest after exploring the town and the surrounding nature.
Hotel Beau Rivage is a wonderful choice. It’s nestled in nature, and I’ve always enjoyed the quiet it offers. If you love the outdoors, you’ll love this spot.
Last but not least, Hotel Les Arcades is one of my favorite spots to stay. The elegant décor and fantastic location make it the perfect place for a peaceful getaway.
